I've uninstalled and re-install the product and for 3days everything was OK and it happened again within automatically updating the product after required restart.It's getting slowly so annoying, honestly I've never faced so often problem within my norton products since 10years until 2015.Problems started somewhere around the end of March.

Reputation.1 medium risk, funny part is that installer has been on my system for ever and isn't or hasn't ever caused no trouble to no one ever. I was on the chat line for over 1 hour before this all happened and they downloaded a new Norton security package. Any suggestions on how to update my version so it will do scans and updates automatically? Here is what happened on October 3,2016 I had contacted Norton and they uninstalled and reinstalled my Norton Internet Security and that did not fix the problem.
Is it your IPS Definitions that are failing to update? I posted my topic in this forum(Updates not processing)and many people posted that they were having the same problem; so until yesterday I had to download my updates two times to be up to date.
This evening when I started my Mac, Norton Security popped up and said that my Mac is at risk because "Your Mac is not set to receive all the latest protection and program updates automatically", which is not correct.
